Snow

This week we had our first snow fall of winter!! The pictures at the bottom are of that. snow ice cream and a selfie
So I'm in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The 'city of five seasons' is its nickname. So as a conversation starter, we've been asking a lot of people what the fifth season is, and we get the strangest answers haha some people who have lived here their whole life plain don't know. One guy "I don't know..something abstract like love or something" another guy "oh, you know..when the kids are playin around...walking..maybe to school...playing...that's it. that what I just said is the fifth season" it made no sense haha. but we found a lady that sounded like she knew what she was talking about, said it was an "indian summer" a week of unusually warm weather in late October that happens every year. So that's the verdict folks stay tuned for more fifth season responses.
also we almost got killed by a pitbull/german shepherd mix, you haven't experienced fear until you've looked into the eyes of one of these things.
we also talked to someone on crack. same old.

Stay spiritual folks. We're in a war!! Every righteous effort counts. Moroni7:13 "But behold, that which is of God inviteth and enticeth to do good continually; wherefore, every thing which inviteth and enticeth to do good, and to love God, and to serve him, is inspired of God."
Sometimes we don't know if a thought or action is inspired of God, or just our own thought. If it leads to do good, ease anyone's burden, lift anyone's load, then it is of our Father in Heaven. Let's remember to be grateful for everything we have which then leads us to impart of our substance to others.
Because I have been blessed by
thy great love dear Lord
I’ll share thy love again
According to thy word
I shall give love to those in need
I’ll show that love by word and deed
Thus shall my thanks be thanks in deed
