Ankeny

The picture is when I went on exchanges to Ankeny for a day with Elder Davis, he's awesome. In Ankeny, there was a really hyper 10 year-old and her family that we were trying to teach so we told her if she sat still for 5 minutes I'd lick the hanging fly-paper. Kind of gross but it worked. Also in Ankeny we taught someone that was in Cosmetology school so she cut a piece of my hair off and brought it into the teacher which she classified as "gold". I guess that solves the mystery of what my hair color is. This week was the first week I got to ride a bike as a missionary, mainly because we're in a car-share and the English Elders had the car this past week. And Elder Marte was showing off hahaha he can do some cool stuff with the bike. There was a baptism this week too which was cool.

Well, charity is important. Moroni7:48 "Wherefore, my beloved brethren, pray unto the Father with all the energy of heart, that ye may be filled with this love, which he hath bestowed upon all who are true followers of his Son, Jesus Christ; that ye may become the sons of God; that when he shall appear we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is; that we may have this hope; that we may be purified even as he is pure. Amen." Let's be true followers of Jesus Christ and pray to Heavenly Father for this love that fills us and leads us to do good!! Let it be the motive of all that we do.
